These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Teer Gati (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, app, partner panel, or availing any delivery or logistics service, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Store Partner”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Teer Gati services.
1. Nature of Services
Teer Gati provides same-day and express delivery services through its assigned delivery partners. Teer Gati acts as a logistics service provider responsible for arranging pickup and delivery of goods. Teer Gati does not manufacture, sell, verify, or guarantee the quality, legality, or condition of the goods being transported.
2. User & Store Partner Responsibilities
All Users and Store Partners agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery details
- Ensure goods are legal, safe, and properly packed
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not hand over prohibited or restricted items
Teer Gati shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused due to incorrect information, improper packaging, or non-compliance by the User or Store Partner.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from transportation:
- Illegal goods, drugs, or controlled substances
- Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
- Cash, jewelry, precious metals, or high-value items
- Any item restricted under applicable law
Teer Gati reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery involving prohibited items without any liability.
4. Delivery Timelines
All delivery timelines provided by Teer Gati are estimated timelines only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, operational issues, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. Teer Gati shall not be liable for any loss arising from delivery delays.
5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, service type, and other applicable factors. Teer Gati reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except where expressly approved by Teer Gati at its sole discretion.
6. Loss, Damage & Limitation of Liability
Teer Gati’s maximum liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the delivery charges paid for the specific order. Under no circumstances shall Teer Gati be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, profit, or reputation
- Loss or damage caused due to improper packaging
- Events beyond reasonable control including accidents or natural calamities
Users are advised to arrange independent insurance for valuable goods.
7. Delivery Partner Status
Teer Gati assigns and deploys its own delivery partners to perform pickup and delivery services. Delivery partners operate under Teer Gati’s service framework and are authorized solely for completing assigned delivery tasks.
However, Teer Gati’s responsibility remains limited to facilitating delivery services. Teer Gati shall not be held liable for any personal acts, negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized actions of a delivery partner that fall outside the scope of assigned duties or company instructions.
Under no circumstances shall Teer Gati be liable for indirect, consequential, or excessive claims arising from delivery partner actions.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Teer Gati reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User or Store Partner account without prior notice in cases of:
- False or misleading information
- Misuse or abuse of services
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Risk to company operations or legal compliance
Such termination shall not entitle the user to any compensation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials related to Teer Gati are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Indemnification
Users and Store Partners agree to indemnify and hold Teer Gati harmless from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or legal expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or prohibited shipments
- Third-party claims related to goods or information provided
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi NCR.
12. Amendments
Teer Gati reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
